Excellent customer service at Valleymax Express, I have rented from other Uhaul locations but it was always something… example; person behind the register acting like you are getting the rental for free. I am a customer of ValleyMax for life.

benjamin J.Absolutely fantastic people work here. Trying to navigate the on-line reservation system was a challenge I decided to do an in person rental at a different store. I received an email verification from uhaul that had multiple equipment options as discussed at the time of that visit. I was unable to make changes to those reservations on-line. I called this store and they were able to make the changes I needed. From that first phone call through picking up my truck and finally checking it back in I was treated with remarkable kindness and respect. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. Thank you.
