The truck was fine and the two young me working the counter were kind and professional but I could tell this either wasn't something they did very often or new to them. I would suggest they learn the service a bit more to be able to answer questions. Being close to Lackland AFB this could potentially be a good service for this business to provide, just need to brush up on their knowledge a bit more. The location is also a gas station which is not clear in the description and when we entered i was glad my son was not with me. It's not a regular uhaul store. Good people, casual service, but the customers seemed suspect.
