I had ordered a dozen furniture blankets, but they were not in the truck. I had to visit another location the next morning to pick up the blankets.Ethan P.
The uhual was very dirty when we picked it up and leaked water when it rained, getting 10 or so of our boxes wet. The uhual should be sealed and cleaned. Other than that, the customer service at this location was perfect. We had a bad experience with Uhual all morning with other locations and will never use them again, and this location made things a little better.KENNETH S.

My recommendation here is not for this particular location. It is for the app. The app (for android in my case) let me do the check in all the way to where it asked me to take picture. Then it just kind of stopped. Ended up getting to the web page and had to go through the after hours return again and then it let me do the pics.Aaron G.

I showed up and my 26 foot truck was in mud. I tried to get to it and ended up in the mud myself. I went down at least 4 inches in mud in my $120 shoes and then fell. It was not well lit. Larger trucks were off in back not near others that were on gravel. I ended up in a 20 foot truck which cost me more time cuz I had to make two trips. More gas. More labor. All around I paid out double what I intended and that doesn't mention my shoes that are RUINED.Shannon H.

The app was terrible to interact with. Photos weren't being uploaded, some of the buttons weren't clickable, and the live chat with an agent took longer than it should have. I had to wait a whole hour at the pickup location because additional information was needed such as a photo of my current lease agreement, alternate contacts needed to be provided, and I couldn't provide other information needed since I don't carry around a passport, work isn't open on the weekends, and I don't carry around my lease agreement everywhere I go. The location itself was fine. The process was the frustrating part.Alberto L.

Dark, no personnel. Employees at bowling alley refused to speak to me. Could not find drop box for key. Had to drive from Austin to san Marco's next day to return key. Went to Al's Bart to deliver truck as I was told. Employee refused to accept truck. Suggested I drive to buda or wonder world location. Finally found location to drop truck, again, not well lit. App difficult, got frustrated locked dollies in cab & left.Cynthia G.
Check in my equipment so I dont get a text ans phone call saying I didnt turn it in 24hrs after I already dropped it off.Christina D.
The vehicle we had was completely destroyed inside and out and what was depicted in the pictures was not at all what it looked like and I can't believe that's even allowed. The pictures when we picked the vehicle up showed it in perfect condition and when we received it, it was damaged and had marks all over indicating damage. Blue tape on the front windows as if it had been replaced which also wasn't in the pictures. Trash inside cup holders and floorboards were covered in dirt. Truck part had cigarette butts and dolly not tied down. Blankets not flooded. Really disappointing.Robert N.

We went to a different location a week before needing the truck and reserved the truck. Then we received a call asking if we would tow a trailer to Houston for 50 dollars. We said no. A day or two later we received a call indicating that the location where we reserved the truck would not have any trucks so we had to pick up at a different location. The lot where we originally had our reservation had multiple large vehicles the day before and the day when we picked up the truck. Made no sense. We called the new location at sunset lanes on Thursday the 10th twice but had to leave a message. We did not get a call back from sunset. We arrived at the location on Saturday morning and the place key lockbox was next to a grease container that stunk. My wife was on her way from Houston while I was picking up the truck and she went through the process on the web to obtain the key from the lockbox. Well the system would not let her finish the process since she was not at the location. You really need to allow a bypass instead of having to call a central number. Then when the nice lady on the phone told us which vehicle was assigned to is, the front bumper was bent out about winning feet on the passenger side. She said we were stuck with the vehicle. Then she asked about insurance so I felt obligated to get it since the vehicle was already damaged and I did not any hassles regardless of the pictures I took of the damage. This was a horrible experience and I will never use you again.Dolores C.
