Location open at 9 Didn't get the till 9:30 and truck was already reserved as requested. 0,79 per mile 19 dollars for the day was payed! I called to close out order on a 2 way call with U-Haul agent and jolies llc, she told U-Haul rep I was good and she will close everything out! Now I am receiving email that I am 189$ in collection because no order was closed I called and she was no help at all and told me maybe my card didn't go through! FALSE DONT NOT USE HER COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST

The only notification that this was the right place was a fairly small U haul rate sign. The parking area was sufficient and the place was clean. A small sign on the door had a phone number to contact the owner and that worked ok at the time I was dropping off. I could imagine after hours drop off could be more challenging. The location is reasonably close to Kissing Tree and that is a plus
