The service man had a bad attitude & treated me differently than other people he was helping. Had a cavalier attitude about everything and was not very helpful. Tried to get me to add insurance and was rude when I politely declined. He kept insisting I add it and had a puss look on his face when I said no for the last time. Do not recommend. You could tell he treated me differently people of the color of my skin

March 15, 2023 Check trailers prior to customer arriving to pick up. After I hooked my truck to the trailer that had been designated for me, the store manager began to check that all light signals were working properly. A light bulb was out and had to be replaced. The trailer was so old that even the light switch connection could not be removed in order to change the bulb. The manager had no choice but to call for another trailer at a different location. After waiting for an hour another newer trailer arrived and was connected to my truck. U-HAUL should take out of commission all the old trailers considering how much money they are charging customers. Thank you Edward Flores
Edward F.The truck had zero gas when we arrived to pick it up. Wouldn't start - 0 Miles to Empty. The rep wasn't in the area, so we had to get our own gas. 3 hours of traffic later, we were able to get a gas can to the lot and get the truck started. While that was very inconvenient, disappointing, and kept us from loading until the next day, I do have nothing but praise for the speed with which Seth was able to reimburse us the 70 dollars it took to get the tank to the 3/8ths full it was supposed to be at pickup.
