The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and demanded the address of where we were going. I asked why was that needed as that is optional information to provide and she yelled that if it wasn't provided we could take our business elsewhere and get another truck. We had had booked a one way so trying to find another location and the preferred drop off was going to be tedious enough. I went back and just gave the rude associate the address and just explained to her that this was never asked as I rent from uhaul at least once a week for years. She still was rude and said oh well and that she had reported me to her manager. The service was just horrible and I wish I could have gotten a truck from the actual uhaul location instead of these 3rd party dealers. I will never go back there again.
