Ramon R.The truck was not at the location promised, the location I was sent to did not know how to get the lock box open, i had to get in contact with dispatch, it was a big hassle, finally got the truck, but no moving dolly, no furniture pads, had to go to different location, where i was orginally scheduled, they had the pads, but no dolly. when done, had to return the pads to different location than returning the truck to, still more hassle. the truck itself was perfect, clean and worked well for the move. it was just all the jacking around to get the truck, and the accessories, that's what made the experience awful. paul 952-846-9887
