trailer frozen into the ground and not ready to go. right signal not working. service agent not overly willing to come out in the cold. wouldnt look at minor damage items. told to just call him if any problems when dropping trailer off
Darin V.Windshield wipers need to be on regular maintenance. Poor communications with customer service who did not really care. Pick up location had no idea we were coming.
Barry D.When I went to drop the trailer off in Chelmsford ON the owner would not let me drop it there, as he said his lot was Full? So l had to find another location that was not opened. So the order was not closed off for five days. Luckily they did not charge me any More!
