This was not the location I chose. I was called the day before my reservation that the location I chose did not have the trailer. So they rerouted me 45 minutes to pick up one that was not nice. I chose the uhaul store in Kankakee specifically so they could help me with the hitch and set me up to go. This one was not that. Overall it was a bad experience and makes me hesitant to rent from any neighborhood dealers in the future or uhaul in general.
KELLY MEmployee very rude. She charged us for insurance when I called to have it taken off because it was not on my reservation. She was hate and rude and yelled at me.
