They have charges us several times for this veichle.. in which the customer service KID did not enter in the right amount of miles. And then said we went over the milage. I would not send anyone to this place its horrible very horrible. Sorry guys but you keep charging... no

The place that I dropped it off at in Selmer Tennessee didn't send me a receipt until two weeks after I dropped it off at and it had the wrong drop of date by two days. I dropped it off on the 21st and it says I did it on the 23rd.
Bethany M.1) Don't change the requested drop-off location, date and time after the customer has picked up the equipment. 2) When requested items such as furniture pads are not available let the customer know, and don't go ahead and charge for it anyway. 3) Don't charge for Safe Move and Safe Trip twice for one rental. And 4) last but not least, don't change the quoted mileage charge after the equipment is returned.
