There was no signal at this location, therefore I couldn't do the after hours drop off feature. I got charged extra and had to wait on hold for over 45 minutes to get it figured out.

My location changed at the last minute and caused me to lose 3 hours in my plans to execute my move. I picked up the truck and there were no furniture pads or dollies that I had ordered. The person handling the move was very personable and had me processed quickly.
