It took us over 2 hours on the phone to do a mobile phone pick-up becauze our reservation was after hours. The location was not well lighted where keys were in a.lock box snd nit on porch where stated in directions for picking up. There was not a dolly in our rental as requested either so we had to lift everything ourself. A credit was given for that after our move.

Jerry MI had a problem with the truck with the lights flashing on and off the headlights and I was towing a U-Haul car hauler towards. I had no lights on the rear of the car hauler at all at night. Very stressful very very stressful waiting for U-Haul to call me back to help compensate me for some of this problem
ROBERT TCheck engine light was on the whole time. The place the keys were stored were literally frozen over to where I had to call customer support to get help.
