Vehicle interior was clean exterior was quite dirty, parked under a tree and I had to back it out of a tight area beside the Convenience store. They did not have all the blankets we were promised and the location was several miles away from originally selected location in the wrong direction. The vehicle was returned with only a quarter tank, and had to be filled immediately meaning this costcme time heading out that morning.

JESSICA GMostly for U-Haul. The 15 ft truck was HUGE for what I needed. A 10 ft truck - ideal. However, a 10 ft truck does not come with a ramp? Why? 3 large appliances were all I was carrying, and 15 ft truck was the smallest with a ramp. I think all truck should have been fitted, or have a ramp to rent with the 10ft truck. So much better. 👍

SHAUN MYou could make sure you honour your booking quit giving equipment already booked to other people. I had to go to two locations and settle for a trailer I didn’t want. The second location was more than 50 km from my house. 😡
