The trailer hitch was on the ground. It's very cold and wet on the ground. It was frozen and seized right up. We couldn't just latch and go. Needed to get assistance and WD-40 Keep your hitches blocked off the ground.

When we dropped of the truck, they did not have that on our bill & they were going to charge us extra! Unacceptable Service! We have gone through 3 rental trucks in a short period of time, & every time we get the run around with your company. Needless to say, we would not recommend U-Haul to friends or family or anyone else!
Mike S.Won't suggest Uhaul. Picke it up at 8:55 instead of 9:00 and we were told to have it returned to the drop off location at 8 , an hr earlier because we picked it up earlier
