I've done business with uhaul multiple times before but my experience this time with uhaul agents were extremely terrible. Never again. I reserved my reservation online. The send me to 2 locations to pick up the truck. After arriving at those locations, I was told that there was no truck available for me. Then they send me to elkton about 30 minutes from where I live then I have to drive back to my home after picking up the truck in addition to wasting my person gas at the two wrong location I was given. Then drove the truck to Smyrna and return it in Smyrna, comes to realize, they told me to drop it off in Dover that was nowhere closer to me. Before returning the truck in Smyrna, I had fill up the tank with Gas. I saw my receipts and there was charge for gas after filling the tank with $20 gas. This is very wrong.

Had to drive 13 miles one way to pick up the truck, and 13 miles back to my house. Meanwhile that 13 miles should have been credited, because I have a U-HAUL less than a 1 mile from my house.
