The system had some issues with my driver license and information, but they got it working in a good amount of time.

Anthony B.The truck had no gas in the tank, it was a few hairs above "E" so I had to put gas in the truck. The dolly I had reserved was not in the truck and there was no loading platform on the truck. It looked to have been removed.
CHANDRA R.This location does not need improvement I was treated with kindness and understanding. They sent someone to come and pick up my disabled son and I when another u-haul dealer failed to show at an appointment and left us stranded in the cold. They arranged to help me rent a truck and when I returned it they let us sit in it to keep warm until we could decide if it was necessary to rent it for another day. I was upset and having a hard day and they spoke calmly and helped me work it out. In a time when good customer service seems obsolete, it flowed from them they were truly genuine with their care and concern and I am touched deeply. A little bit of kindness went a long way and was actually huge.
