I rented this trailer with the option that it is rented for 24hrs . I repeatedly told the lady I rented it from it would be returned later in the day then after I left I get called from uhaul asking me to return it by 615 same day . If this is the bullshit service I will be getting after I paid for 24hr rental it may be my last rental with uhaul I am not happy with this situation at All!!!!!

I never went inside the facility so my answers to the first two questions are guesses. The agent was pleasant and easy to work with.
