Absolutely wonderful experience. Omar was quick to respond, helped me through the process, was incredibly friendly and competent at their job. I'd drive an extra 20 miles just to rent with him again as opposed to sub-par service in Santa Rosa.

Susan S.There wasn't a uhaul representative at this location. I had to show up for my reservation and the marker employees made me call a number scribbled on a piece of paper. I reached the guy Omar and he said he would be down in 7 minutes. He calls me 7 minutes later to tell me he's 4 minutes away. 20 minutes later he arrived. There was no value for my time and I drove 30 mins to get to this location just to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot.
