Truck leaked transmission fluid or some type of fluid all over my driveway during my move. Then inside the cabin all though cabin appeared clean inside it was full of roaches that I didn't notice until night time when I went to get in the truck to move my things I had packed. Horrible experience and the worse thing about haul didn't nothing or said anything about compensation. I've rented from haul multiple times and by far my worse experience. I will be using home depot or another rental truck. You can reach out to discuss my experience if you like but when I called rental place and customer service no had any answer or solution for my problem. I'm available to discuss this matter with a supervisor if needed.

Staff went above and beyond getting me hooked up
MARK RTruck had a very foul odor. Didn't know it was that bad till I drove off and it got worse. It smelt like human or pet waste. I wondered why the window was halfway down when I picked up the truck. Was a good experience.
