Improve agents understanding of what is needed to pick up a truck that was reserved on-line. Also make sure the links sent to a cell phone are the correct ones . The three sent to me was for something I couldn't use because it asked for a trim level and user nale that I did not have.

I would recommend nobody be sent there. The entire experience and my whole day was a nightmare. They never started my ticket. They had no idea what they were doing at all. They didn't have any additional equipment I asked for and to top it all off. I was told I could return the truck in Conroe but when I dropped off, I was forced to pay a 64 dollar different drop off fee.

Is a bad experiencia for me. I will continue renting as I used to do. In a real Uhaul branch. The service is a long waiting period. The same person is for everything increasing the waiting time.

Costumer service is really slow, i spend 25 min on hold to get a awnser, had to make a refund of something that was charged but no supplied. But truck was neat, easy to drive and well maintained

This drop off location was 12 miles out of my way and I even passed a couple of uhaul locations in my way. It's a corner store / gas station and I was very uncomfortable with the other patrons
