This has by far been the best U-Haul experience I have ever had. I tried to reserve the truck online. While it allowed me to reserve the truck, I had to go to the office to finish the transaction. The office was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know. My move took longer than expected. When a tried to extend it on-line, the message indicated i needed to call an 800# to discuss my options. as it was contracted to go back out. I contacted the office, and he extended my reservation, and it didn't appear there was an issue. My contact in the office was a real lifesaver. The on-line system didn't work for me. Thanks so much.
