I have rented here a couple of times. They are great.
John EThe manager of this business bent over backwards to help me I was in a predicament I needed a truck right away she moved mountains to get me a truck when I needed what I needed I had to move items immediately with no notice she was accommodating she was empathetic we gave each other a hug I cannot believe how kind and how professional people can be there. They are still good people out there. U Hall...this is one of them. The single individual woman business owner brings U-Haul such class very much dignity huge professionalism and brings a human personal touch something I haven't experienced in years anywhere ever. SCOTT HI rented a truck and I got in the check engine light was on the air conditioner didn’t work and the back door didn’t close easily. I was told to go ahead and use the truck because the local move and that didn’t have an appliance card and told me good luck in finding one I did find one in a different location, but I had to pay the mileage to get there not happy I won’t rent from them again.
JEANINE WThe problem was u hall’s system was not working. It took us over 45 minutes to rent the truck. The place and people we rented from was great it was not their fault.
