There should have been someone there who had knowledge / trained how to connect equipment. It was not as easy as shown in the video, Had to call UHaul Road Service to disconnect trailer when I got home.

It wasn't clean, the trailer lights flicker or turn off on occasion (unsure if user error or not) the tires were starting to dryrot, the chains were all in a tangled mess, the wires were in a tangled mess and im unsure why but over large bumps the chain on the tailgate would loosen by one or two links
