The staff was friendly and also helped hook up trailer. Very nice all together.

I rented a trailer and was charged double for the rental, they always try to recommend how many hours you will use the equipment but don't rent the equipment for the 6-8 hours they recommend when it cost the same price to rent it 24 hours. I was charged two rentals for one use because they had me scheduled for 8 hours when it took me 6 hours just to get to my pick up location. I'm very dissatisfied with U-Haul and I've rented equipment from there for over 10 years.
