There's no sign indicating that you have to call in order to complete your U-Haul rental. Is a sign there with a number locks on the side. Something I've never experienced before because I've always walked into a store.

Michael SThere is no assistance at this location. I called to let them know I was there and they asked if I was at a totally different place. On top of that, if someone needs help getting a trailer connected, the only possible solution is asking a stranger.
