Sharron H.I've used U-haul for years. Love there service. This location was my favorite. Beautiful town. Owners on site. They were great! Office had Beautiful country murals on all the walls. Best experience ever!
Kathy R.Drop off location was closed at drop off, even though hours state 9:00 am - 4:00 am. U Haul was dropped off at 6:00 pm. Tried to do online drop off but I was informed by the establishment the next morning that the Metal building prevented location finder. Called establishment phone number and talked with after hours lady whom insisted that I had to do location finder. Called the establishment the next morning and was informed they were short staffed and therefore was only operating half days and that she was checking in UHaul then. Got a call 2 hours later that truck was dirty on the outside (it had been raining and the road I was on was muddy) She stated that I should have washed the truck and now I would have to pay a 100 cleaning fee. I am not pleased with UHaul rental and will never rent from them again. There are a lot of hidden unexpected fees. So not worth the price of renting.
