I had 2 orders: 22182964 for the van and 90971520 for a towing trailer. I picked up my van around 12PM and told the clerk that I would pick up the trailer around 5PM. at 5PM I came to pickup a trailer and after connecting it to the van found out that the right turn signal wasn't working. Had to wait for 2hrs until the it's fixed. Equipment should have been checked and fixed before a customer picks it up. Waisted 2 hrs waiting and stuck in traffic because of that.

Charged 15 gallons (+4 gallons I filled) for 40 mile. Dolly was not secured tight, it came off while driving making loud noises in the background. Got charged for the dolly though I already rented dolly separately. Total rip off. Will never go again to uhaul.

I showed up to the store after having made my reservation the day before. I noticed there was a long line, which I had no problem waiting to pick up the rental. When it was my turn, I noticed the individual was the general manager. I asked him if he was the only person working that morning and he said “yes”. I then asked him if that was normal for a Saturday morning & he said “No”. I then asked if his team “no showed” that morning and he said “yes”. I was very impressed with the general manager because he was very positive, knowledgeable, & put his best foot forward despite his team not being present that morning. He made me feel welcome & excited to use your services. After I turned the rental in, the team was present to help us with the drop off. I will definitely be using Uhaul again after having such a smooth day with the rental and being treated really well by the staff. Thank you all for your hard work!

Apparently I received a citation while using your trailer. I assume it was for crossing a bridge and not paying the toll, although I have FasTrak. I want the actual citation so I can get in touch with the issuing agency and contest it. The penalty is twice the amount of what it would have been if the bridge agency had simply charged the appropriate amount for my truck pulling a two axle trailer.

Let clients know that 9 am Saturday is the busiest time to schedule equipment pick up. Up to 30-45 minutes wait to check in and drive away.

The truck had two dangerous faults: the driver side mirror kept tilting down, and the sun visor fell on me while driving. The clerk who I left my keys with refused to listen, too.

Unfortunately our rental truck had an O2 sensor failure which occurred literally 10 minutes into our drive. We immediately stopped the truck and contacted U-Haul's roadside assistance to get help with the issue. U-Haul was excellent with their follow-up, and sent a mechanic to troubleshoot the issue. He even went to get the part and attempted to replace the failed sensor, but the original part would not budge. U-Haul advised that I could drive the truck even though the sensor had failed and the check engine light was illuminated. The truck had no other issues on its four hundred Mile drive. U-Haul gave us an additional five hours on the rental (it was due in at 10 A.M.) because of the time lost waiting for the mechanic to check and attempt to fix the vehicle. They were ready to replace the truck and supply assistance with moving the contents if needed. U-Haul's maintenance on its vehicles has been fine in our experience. There is no way to have been able to predict the failure of the O2 sensor. This issue will not deter me from using U-Haul again in the future.

This location could use increased staffing; there was a long line in the morning when I picked up my truck and in the afternoon there was a long line of customers when I drop off my truck. the Uhaul staff was friendly and helpful thanks

Promote mobile check in. The line to check in was two dozen people long, well over 90 minutes just to pick up a truck even after checking in. I contacted UHaul and got converted to a fully mobile check in and was able to bypass the line. This definitely needs to be more obvious to prevent backups like I experienced.

The truck would not shift into higher gear several times. This would mostly happen after applying brakes. This caused me a lot of problem driving it on the freeway and was also not safe. I had a lot stuff to move and had arranged the movers to load/unload so didn’t want to go through the hassle of coming in and asking for a fully functional truck as I would loose on time and delay everything. Please have your trucks properly inspected and test driven in real operating conditions and not just driving through the parking lot.

There was only a single person working on Saturday morning, doing both counter check-in and vehicle prep. On top of that, he didn't seem very interested in working quickly to get through everyone in a timely manner. This meant that it took 10-15 minutes per customer to get them set up so, depite being only 4th in line when I arrived, it took close to 45 minutes to get my vehicle. When I did get the vehicle, the employee did not communicate well what needed to be done. He brought the vehicle up, opened the back and kinda wandered off for a few minutes without saying a word. Please have more than one employee working on a Saturday morning (presumably the busiest day of the week)

Rented me a cargo van with a flat tire and had to wait 1.5 hours for roadside assistance. Also took 45 minutes to rent the cargo van when there was only two customers ahead of me. Horrible experience overall

1) Weekends are busy. There's no excuse for having one clerk checking in truck rentals. God bless him he did his best and I tried to keep things light and make him laugh to improve his day...but good God, one poor soul in line had to wait in line more than half an hour just to buy two rolls of tape! You need to staff up for the weekend. 2) There absolutely MUST be customer parking. There's no excuse for not having customer parking on site. If I need a truck again, I'll be looking for a location with on-site parking.
