First of all the location i went to had no representative on site. When called the person was sleeping at home 7788912159. Had to wait 45 mins and called several times . Then went to different location nearby to address my concer where the manager tushar gave me a $50 refund and then asked me to go back to the same location after he called the representative there again. I was booked with a 15ft truck but was given a 10ft truck and was told this was only what is available and nothing can be done about it. So i had to take it. It was such a hastle although i had made reservation on 8th aug knowing that month end could be busy but still face so much inconvenience. After making me wait for around 1 hr in all and driving between 2 different locations i finally got a 10 ft truck for which i had to made 2 rounds and ended up spending more time and gas and inconvenience.
