I thought the person was rude from the day I reserved the U Haul on the phone. When I talked to her the day of pick up she didn't explain the information on the truck or how the mileage worked because I didn't understand. After I figured out she was saying it was. 99 cents a mile I understood why she was asking. I dropped it off at 11:05 . I used it less than 3 hours. I do not have internet service so there was no way for me to go on line to tell her/U haul I dropped it of Sat. At 11:05 A young kid around his 30's. Pulled in the U Haul place and opened a side door. I explained to him that I was dropping it off and didn't know how to do anything via the internet because I had no means to. He explained to me that he would talk to her and explain things. I stopped back by Monday morning to make sure everything was all right. She said everything is fine. I charged you card $90.00 plus dollars .I asked why so much. She said I didn't check in via the internet when done using the truck and the kid has nothing to do with her business .He owns the other business on the other part of the building. I explained to her it's all one building. Your just in the office part how was I supposed to know. She ruidly told me that's not her problem. (I believe the young man is the son that runs the Uhaul business. So basically from the day I called to reserve the truck and the day of pick up and Monday to see everything was all good she was very rude and demeaning. I have rented U Hauls for over 35 years. She was so rude I am thinking of just using Penske rental from now on do to he total disrespect to a myself.(I am a disabled veteran ) I have explained her rudeness to people I know around the area close to that Uhaul place. They automatically knew who I was talking about and agreed she in basically is none informative and very rude. I believe my bill should not have exceeded $70.00. Although I was only charged $20.00 plus more it is not about the money. She was rude,non informational demeaning and should in know way represent Uhaul if you are eating her by costumer service. She basically was asking as if I was wasteing her time and again very rude. I have never in my life have been talked down to by anyone. Especially someone 20 plus years younger than me. Word of mouth travels fast. And I plan on telling my friends my whole encounter with her and Uhaul. I rented it Saturday and still very upset by her actions. No one should be treated how she treated me. And cannot believe U Haul would condone such conduct in there rental business. If they rate places and people on there conduct and costumer service from 1 to 10 I would rate her and the business zero across the whole thing. Very discouraged about the whole experience.

I made the reservation for pick up using the mobile application but unfortunately the app was not working in that location - it did not seem to be able to locate me/the truck. Fortunately the staff at First Response Labor was very helpful.

Customer service was excellent as well as the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. However, we spent half an hour in the parking lot trying to figure out how to use the website when we returned the vehicle. To us it was not very straight forward. We lleft the vehicle and went home not knowing if had to pay a penalty.

We were told at this location that we can return the truck to any location and are not limited to the one we chose when we booked the rental. When calling customer service we learned this was not accurate and would be charged for a different destination.

Called me the day before move to let me know the 20ft vehicle wasnâ€™t available, after I had reserved a week in advance, had to downgrade to a 15ft which screwed up my plans royally. Now I have to make multiple trips with personal vehicle plus all the gas to bring over the left over belongings I wasnâ€™t able to fit on the 15 footer. The same exact thing happened to the guy before me. Also they were 15minutes late to open and no effort was made to make any of this right. Will never use U-Haul again.

We called to let the lady know that we were coming . We arrived 20 minutes before her closing and she freaked when we arrived . She rushed to be out in 10 minutes. She left us with a dirty truck , and she took off before we even got in our truck. We dropped it off a day early and now still getting charged for two days and we swept and cleaned our truck and we recieved no crefit. Not impressed at all with her business skills. I called uhaul as I wasnâ€™t able to upload the app. They said it was checked the day early and that it will be credited that we cleaned it and guess what I find out today that none of that was done. Now I e been on hold for over ten minutes. Not z friendly system

I wanted a smaller U-Haul and she would help me switch it out or find one I had to get a 20 foot when all I needed was a 10 foot one.

The truck was mostly clean however there were some wood chips and wood fragments in the cargo area and the ramp was covered with the same. An energy drink can rolled out from under the passenger seat (it rolled back under and I forgot to fish it out) but otherwise it was great.

The only recommendation was the fact that I got the U-Haul at 3/4 Full. Other then that there was nothing wrong and everyone was very nice.

They charged me 2 days for a 1 day rental. Picked it up at 2:37 Friday and Returned it 2:25 Saturday. Less than 24hrs. They told me it was because they close at 11:00. Not disclosed to me!!! And I was under 24hrs.

Apparently we arrived just before closing. The person in charge was not friendly and very rude. We rented and paid for 24 hours of rental but had to return the trailer by 5:30 that same day which gave us only 6 hours of usage. We will be trying a new location next time and hope for better service.

You can start by resolving my issues. The counter help needs to be replaced with someone who knows what the hell they are doing and not be so bitchy. Second I was told one price and when I looked at my credit card statement it was double what she told me it was going to be. Called several times and she didn't answer. When she did finally answer she was very rude and hung up on me. Called again and explained the issue and she said she would look into it and call me back. Nope no call back so I called again and she hadn't even looked into it. I still do not have my money back from these POS! They are making U Haul look like idiots!
