There was no person available to assist with check in. Fortunately the district manager was available to assist and make things right. If the location is remote pick up (no attendant on site) this should be noted when the reservation is made. The van worked out ok but it was not as clean on the inside as others we have rented from other locations.

Lindsay H.The exact Location was hard to find due to this is a huge industrial building and there's no sign anywhere with Avantis name on the door. I had to knock at all the doors And ask around. Finally found the place 2 hours later by luck. They wouldn't answer the phone either. The person was very unprofessional. The van smelled like a dead burned raccoon and not clean. The 2 hours delay caused me lots of stress with the person I was picking up few items from and I lost business. Terrible experience!
Ellie O.It was much easier working through Adam for pick up and drop off than it was to use the 800 number. The wait times on the 800 number are too long. Over 20 minutes.
