I understand the location is rural but it was just an empty lot with gravel and very easy to miss as you pass by. Maybe install a U-Haul sign indicating when to exit the highway onto the side road. Also, two large dogs were roaming free just outside the entrance and did not seem friendly as they barked, showed their teeth and ran with the vehicles as we pulled away. Vicious dogs on the premises could be a big liability issue for the owner of the facility as well as U-Haul.

Jeremy HTuesday @ 4pm, WE COULD NOT FIND THE LOCATION AS IT IS JUST AN OPEN FIELD. I called, NO RESPONSE. I left a message. I received a response that next morning, with a DIFFERENT LOCATION. I dropped it off, AND WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL WHOPPING $100.00 !!!!!!!!! I Find this Penalty UNFAIR on Various Levels. The gas was far More than what we started out with, the truck was returned before time for the next rental. PLEASE KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. Thanks
