This location in deplorable. The facility is dirty and totally unorganized. Told the agent I was there to pick up a 5X8 cargo trailer. He did not ask my name or contract #. He said there is one over there, pull up to it to hook up. I did most of the hook up while he looked for blankets which he did not have enough of. The trailer had a hole in the floor. He took a picture and said I was good to go. No signature, no ID, no nothing.Gary C.
No one was at location when I arrived to pick up trailer. I had to wait. I did â€œcheck inâ€ via cell phone.Joe M.
The person didn't check my trailer in on time, which resulted in an extra day being charged to my card. This is unacceptable and I shouldn't be responsible for their mistake. I have proof of when I returned the trailer, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.Christopher S.
This location was extremely helpful, booking online but all the responses from online were confusing. It confirmed my order but asked me to accept if wasn't available, when the confirmation does mean we ordered it. I had to go by 2 days prior to talk with Rogers Auto to make sure, he re-assured. Then I get a text 10pm the night before confirming but at a different location, after I had received a call from Rogers Auto. We only do in person from now on. Your online needs to be corrected.Senta H.
