The man who helped us around 11:30am on Sunday May 9th was awesome. The online drop off process was fine except for we were confused as to whether we were supposed to park in an actual parking spot or in the equipment return line. Clearer instructions on that would be helpful in the future.RYAN H.

U-Haul Family member the truck was a little below U-Haul standard there was a gap in the drivers door, the latch on the rear and the mirrors we very difficult to get in the right place and a few other small things ... but I got it at the last minute on an in town and I am very greatly appreciative â¤ï¸ Picking it up was quick and easy the clerk that helped up was great ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»JILL C.

The location was good, customer service was great. However the truck I was reserved was a pile of crap. It was banged up on all sides, has an exhaust leak, a lot of play in the steering wheel, and the passenger doors insulation is look or missing because I could hear air and traffic inside the cab with the windows closed.RYAN S.
Spent 15 minutes trying to check in via mobile check in. No response from a representative and no approval. Went in to see if we could just check in, in person. Stood there for 15 minutes. No associate. Had to go hunt down an associate who proceeded to act like I was bothering him by asking him to help me check in, and met me inside. He proceeded to tell me i had no reservation and me being extremely irritated and frustrsted i said thats funny because I have a reservation number. I was told if i was going to be rude he was going to ask me to leave. My husband had to step in to complete the check in. All in all i cannot say I ever would want to return to this location after this extremely poor experience. I understand the associates have other things to do than be inside but customers should not have to hunt someone down to get help.JEREMY G.

I have already emailed U Haul corporate but have not had a response back. I had several issues with the truck and also on the gas return policy. When I mentioned this at drop off i was told they do not answer those questions and I should reach out to corporate.Thomas K.

I was called and they tried to switch me to an intown rental where I have to return it. I said no. They changed it anyways. Not impressed. Actually very mad because I had to drive it all the way back to tempe. Yall can't just make the change without people consent. It is not our fault you are bad at scheduling. Might be nice not to have to wait 45-60 minutes to check in equipment when returning. Took so long I did self checkin and dropped the keys in the box at 1pm in the afternoon.ROBERT F.

The truck was clean, but it seems to be in dire need of a wheel alignment; there was way too much play in the wheel. I was so concerned about an accident. I don't understand how this truck could be rented out, it clearly is a safety issue. I recently rented a 26 footer and the drive was great! I'm an experienced driver, even drove semis back in the days, but that 20 footer has issues that need to be addressed asap! The transmission even seemed to have had an issue; took way too long to shift gears. I really like the guy who works there, which is one of the reasons I rent from this location, he is professional and courteous.TERRY P.
The Sales Rep was extremely rude to me this morning. Huffed and puffed as if I was bothering him when I came in for an appointment. After paying, he handed me the keys and told me â€œpick whatever truckâ€. Didn't inspect the truck with me nor pull the truck up. Very poor customer serviceâ€” although I live across the street I will never come to this location again.Kasino R.
The truck was dirty and not clean, and radio not working, there as a bad tire which had this truck to drive out of line. This was the worst services ever. Never will rent again from this location.Anita P.
There was no one on site when I arrived during operating hours. Door was unlocked and there was no information regarding the absence of any employee. Agent showed up about 5-10 minutes after I arrived. Transaction went well although the agent was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Matter of fact although he did inform me that the rental rate was the same for 4 hours or 24 hours. Trailer hookup was quick and efficient and he made sure my break lights and turn signals were operational. Drop off was efficient as well. Overall not a pleasant experience.Gerald C.

I found person there quite unfriendly and tart. Unfortunately, my car battery was sitting on a strap and my car wouldn't start. It seemed as though this was an inconvenience this man did not want to handle. Perhaps he was having a bad day. His cool lack of concern was somewhat disturbing. I noticed it with other customers too. If this had been my starting point and his attitude I may have thought twice about using UHAUL. Otherwise the truck and auto transport were great!!
