Inside the truck was clean, outside was filthy so had to be careful what we touched. Also they didn't open until 10:00 AM and nobody told me I'd have to figure out how to do the phone app thing for my scheduled 08:00 pickup.

I inherited a Dirty vehicle and was put on the spot because I’m not going to be accountable for someone else’s mess. Just clean it up and charge the customer that made the mess? -also are we leaving the trucks parked in front of a fire hydrant , right in front of the fire dept training center?

Jalen NThis place is a joke. They are trying to charge me for extra miles that is uhauls fault and for a cleaning fee for a truck that wasn't clean when I picked it up. They were trying to charge me 67 and then 97 because of a 30 late fee and now random different amounts. Most recent was 73. I have a open dispute but they don't care. They just keep trying to charge me
