Rick has been awesome thru the last year as I relocated to MO. 4 separate rentals of trucks and trailers. Trucks were like new and always ready for pick up. Rick went out of his way to fix a billing issue created during a trailer drop off in MO. I have one more trip and will use Rick agin for the last trip. Thanks Rick Pat Carty

The 10 ft truck I was given had its engine check light on. It is very important that the equipment is in properly maintained shape. The loading area of the truck at the back was not clean and had to be swept clean.

U Haul as a corporation needs a lot of improvement regarding their handling of reservations and communicating with customers. Rick was great. UHaul needs to make sure all of their location managers are as well informed and courteous.
