They knowingly have me a smaller truck. Tried to cover up the fact they did it. Refused to allow me to upgrade to a larger truck. Costing me thousands because I couldn't fit all my stuff in the smaller truck. Missouri to Wisconsin twice instead of once because of their shady business. U haul's "compensation" no where near what we were robbed in this situation. I never want to do business with u haul again because of this.

The owner of the facility was very helpful, even though the U-Haul website was not cooperating. He was able to get things entered so I could rent the trailer.
