The whole process was a nightmare. It was not supposed to be done through my phone, but when I got there, that's what I had to do. The truck didn't have a hand truck like I ordered, and it was dirty. I really needed the hand truck, but had to do without because no one saw fir to do their job, or at least notify me it would be missing. The software would refer to locations I didn't know anything about, so I had to spend 30 minutes looking for a "black box". When I got there, I put the truck where it belonged, and the lady said I had to back it in. It was one of the worst experiences I have had renting something, and was uniformly so bad I will never use U-Haul again, and will tell anyone who listens never to use your service. It was that bad and unpleasant.

Errold B(1) I told that I needed to move a refrigerator, and was given a truck with no ramp and NOT TALL ENOUGH to fit a standard fridge!!! And (2) I was over charged and still have not heard back from customer service. Lousy.
