When renting the U-Haul, they should have the keys ready for you inside their building. Getting the key out of the lock box using a word code that you can barely read was not user friendly at all (took about 5 minutes), and when the weather is not good (freezing cold or rainy) you should not have to mess with that outside…..very bad plan, unless you were able to step into some sort of covered structure. Dropping off the key was not a problem using the drop box….other than the contract paper didn't fit so well and had to stuff it down in the box…which didn't go in so well at all. Just need a way easier/better solution at least for the key pickup.
