If trailer is prereserved, might help if trailer could be brought closer to starting point instead of 15 or more miles away to be picked up and driven through heavy traffic on an interstate.

JAMES FThe owner / manager gentleman does not come across customer friendly. Even told me not a believer in “the customer is always right”. Grumpy old man…not very friendly. I would recommend for the service provides, but also explain what to expect from behind the counter. Did not bother me, and certainly could see how a turn off for many others.
