Was told the van had 7/8 full of fuel, and it had closer to 3/4. Would be easier to give the client a full tank of fuel then have the client return it with a full tank

It was windy and less than 10 degrees the morning I picked up the van I was using for the day. One of the tires was low and the associate immediately went out into the frigid cold and got it ready for use. I did the online check in and simply had to pick up the keys that morning. The whole process was seamless as usual with Samps. I have used this location several times over the years to move my daughter in college. I would recommend this location for your truck rental needs, as each interaction I’ve had with them has been exceptional.

VERDALE FThe only reason I didn't rate this as excellent is because the pickup process was slow. The app crashed on me. I had to call the toll-free number for help and by the time i was able to speak with someone the app started working again. It took at least 30 minutes to finish getting my truck. But the truck was clean and the dropoff was easy because the app was working. I have no problem renting from this location again. I just might choose to pickup when they are open.
