This is not a real uhaul dealer. The locations uhaul account had been closed and i was there for an hour - even though i was the only customer. I am not sure why i was diapatched to this location when there are numerous,large,professional,dealers all over Tucson.

Uhaul had grime all over it, took it to multiple locations where they confirmed uhauls are not cleansed.. Also at a separate location we were scheduled for a 7A pick up. Called to confirm the time the day prior. Arrived and nobody was there. Did not arrive and set up until 1.5 hours later
Manuel tHe blamed me on the blown tire (I didn't know about that at all)!! He charged me for gas while I returned their gas monster truck with more fuel than I recieved I have pictures but no way to submit and prove Uhaul

Raymond STell people that their box truck is specifically for one location and not able for one way trips. Ended up spending more money that I shouldn't have had to spend due to poor communication.
