Told me auto carrier was out back but didn't even show me where it was or offer a hand hooking out up. Too busy working to lend a hand at her "vaping" store. The equipment ratcheting release didn't work and didn't figure that out till I tried dropping off the vehicle. I guess the don't QC THEIR EQUIPMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Very poor organization.Couldn't find a truck they said had out since May 25
Gary LListen closely.... I would recommend the location NOT UHAUL!!!!! The problem itself was uhaul not the location. The location the guy was cool, nice and helpful and understanding along with sympathetic. Word of advice uhaul if you are going to rent a truck and extend the time out for someone then put it in the computer so the person at the store knows. You people pushed our move back multiple hours. Out of all the times 1 or both of us rented from you this is the very worst experience! I definitely would NOT recommend!!!! Nor care to ever use your service!!!!! AGAIN THE LOCATION WAS GREAT UHAUL WAS HORRIBLE! AND STOP PLAYING THE BLAMING GAME FOR YOUR MESS US STOP BLAMING THE STORE WHEN IT WAS UHAUL!

ANTONIO SThese people are crooks. Charged me for items they didn't have, and safe mode $15 I did not sign up for. I brought truck back more than 2 hours early right before closing and they put on receipt turned it in at scheduled time. I asked to be refunded at time of drop off for items they didn't have that I ordered (2 Dolly's) and safe mode I didn't ask for which was $30 for all 3 and instead I was charged an extra $36 today,??? will never order here again I was skeptical because this is a smoke shop. Im new to this state so I had know idea what this place was. The number on their website doesn't work, tried calling for an hour to make sure my reservation was confirmed. charged close to $300 for a total that should have been less than $250.
