The only problem I had was not with ether location. When a person sets up a reservation for something in advance. The item should be at that location not change 3 times to other location. This made my move stressful. Not have the piece of mind that I would have the U-Haul to move. I had the U-haul, but it add over an hour to get my stuff loaded and getting on the road.Larry C.

Educate customers on the coverage you provide. I was involved in an accident and I was under the impression I was covered because I requested coverage until I was told I was only covered unless damages were done to the uhaul only.Karla B.
No one was physically there we went to return the U Haul and it was difficult to tell where exactly it needed to be returned at, but we managed. I ended up using the mobile U Haul app to return the U Haul myself because it was easier than waiting for someone and I did not want to be charged extra. There was a sweet lady there that informed us the owner was not there and that he would possibly be back later or tomorrow, but by that time I had already submitted the U Haul onto the mobile app. Renting a U Haul for the journey that I made was not the most pleasant, but it did make it easierChristina G.
Dolly was not available even though ordered during reservation over the phone. The pickup location did not even have a dolly available onsite. Call waiting times were really long. We literally moved everything before anyone could help us find another dolly due to excessive call waiting times. Call transfers were >1. We were told that we could not return truck to destination at initial reservation. In other words, we would have to drive more miles to bring the truck back to original pick up store which would cost more money.David H.

Location at Vinton Louisiana was very very dirty!!! The person at the facility did not inspect the vehicle with me to identify existing damages to vehicle. This caused concerns returning the vehicle in Sunnyvale due to a damaged front bumper and other scratches and dents that was not caused by me. The vehicle had mud in the floor boards and a bad smell in the cab. The damages had an X sticker that had been removed but you could still see adhesive where the sticker was placed. Also the vehicles fuel tank was empty. The facility did credit me and required I return it with 1/4 tank, I returned it with a 1/2 tank. I want to express my dissatisfaction also with the fact that we had to drive to Vinton Louisiana to pick up the truck. I stopped by the location in Orange Texas when I arrived in town to verify the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I discovered it had not been returned and no message from the previous renter when it would be available. They young lady at the Orange Texas facility did not offer any suggestion other than calling the UHaul to reschedule or find another pickup location. I chatted with UHaul from the website explaining my situation, they informed me that the previous renter extended their contract another day. Now I am in a bind, I have movers schedule at both locations and unable to reschedule. The alternate solution was to drive to Louisiana. My contract said I had a guaranteed pickup in Orange?????????I understand that you can not control the people that rent vehicles but if I had not stopped to verify, this would have turned out very ugly for me and my relocation.Michael S.
