Picked up the 5 x 8 trailer and found out that the lights didn't work. They had no other trailers to take so I personally had to rewire the back lights in order to safely drive it on the road. The employee help me check the lights are they were all working. But when I went around the back of the trailer, I found out that half of them were not.
Jerry C.Rented me an auto transport with flat tire so that when I loaded my car the trailer popped off of my hitch gouging my plastic rear bumper. The response was call uhaul and I said storage place is responsible for tire inflation so will my rental insurance cover my tow vehicle? Well a case is in process with insurance adjuster coming out to assess, stay positive!!!

William E.The vehicle was disgusting. It had mud all over it. The inside was dirty the seats were ripped and torn The driver's door was hard to open and close the clip for the wires. It was broken to the visor kept falling down in front of you. This is the worst U-Haul vehicle I have ever rented in my life was not very happy with it when returned to the facility found out that, reverse light on passenger side did not work and I have been driving around with parking light to burnt out. I took pictures of the vehicle if you would like to see the condition of this vehicle when they gave it to me
