No issues, quite friendly.

RJ's was excellent and personnel were quite helpful. Only issue was that equipment noted on their inventory was not there. We went to RJ's after a bad experience at Kingdom Automotive where we were first sent by U-Haul online (even though we had requested to go to Downtown Storage) to pick up a trailer (6 x12). The trailer was pressed against a curb and had other trailers and vehicles immediately behind and in front of it. We were unable to get into position to attach it to our vehicle. Could not swivel the trailer because it was pressed up against the curb. No help was offered or provided from personnel at Kingdom Automotive to hook the trailer up. In fact, when we went back (the trailer was a hundred yards or so down the street) to discuss the issue with them, they had left and closed up (an hour and one-half or so before the stated time). As a result we had to leave the trailer where it was and try to find another. We went to Downtown Storage, but they had just rented the only 6 x 12 they had on site. They tried to assist us, but their review of other nearby locations indicated that no other 6 x 12's were available. They put then put us in contact with U-Haul corporate, who told us they had located one at RJ's that we could get on an emergency basis. We then went to RJ's only to discover that they did not actually have one (inventory error). Nonetheless, they were most helpful and polite and since we had already driven 200 miles to pick up FFE and spent several hours trying to get a 6 x 12 trailer (that had been reserved online), we ending up taking an available 5 x 8 instead. Unfortunately, this means we will have to make another 400 plus mile trip at another time (and rent another trailer) to pick up the FFE that we could not fit in the 5 x 8, but which would have fit easily into a 6 x 12. Overall, impressed with RJ's, but very disappointed in U-Haul in general and in Kingdom Automotive in particular.

They had to switch our vehicles because the first didn’t have enough gas to get to a gas station. Bad neighborhood. The employee said someone ciphened the gas. Smelled like marijuana in the truck.

First I requested a 7am pick time a week in advance, the day before I get a message of a change in location with a 9am pick up time, this puts me 2 hrs behind, I arrive by 9 only to have to sit and wait 35 min for the man to arrive and open up. Not a happy person. This was also supposed to be unlimited mileage one way. I was charged a small amount after I dropped the truck off. I will not be using uhaul or recommend uhaul to anyone ever again. Oh and when the man wasn’t there to open up I called uhaul and was on hold for 45 minutes before I got mad and hung up. Your company is very unprofessional.

This dealer was amazing! Very polite and I will forever do business with him. I’ve done business in the past with a different dealer and they were rude and unclear with the pricing and other need to know information.

Was a great process, RJ was helpful and even able to match/better the Penske quote that Mr. Baker at Abilene UHaul helpfully referred me to get improve my rate. Both gentleman, RJ in Waco and Mr. Baker in Abilene, were courteous and of utmost assistance to me. Would recommend UHaul to family and friends.

The inside of the truck was very dirty. We had to sweep it out before we could use it. When we returned it to the Uhaul location in Dallas, they even apologized to us for our getting such a dirty truck.

Been using uhual for years, after this move we will never use this company again. Because we went over in miles now they are charging insane amount for the truck and told us we could pay for the truck once the hold is released we can pay the whole amount. They were pending almost $300 from our account and wanted us to pay in full the $500 and wait for our bank to release the $300. So we thought we were happy and left and uhual pulls another $150 out of our account and now no phone calls back from company and they still want another $50.

The man was helpful and friendly when I arrived to prepay, however when I came back later to pick up the truck it was filthy inside and out. also wasn't told what time to drop off next day, so assumed had till end of day. Got charged extra day of rental and insurance.

Had scheduled time of 9am to pickup uhaul, but no one showed up to the store until after 10am. The man I worked with tried charging me $30 more than what my agreement said online.

The place was dirty and nasty. Garbage was everywhere. It looked like a dump. They lied about how much gas I returned it with and now I have to pay for 3/4 a tank of gas even tho I have recipt for the gas and I took pictures of it. They also lied and said I didn’t clean it even tho I have the recipt for the armoral wipes and a broom and spent two hours thruoly cleaning the vehicle better then I received it. No one was there when I dropped it off to prove where everything was and it was clean. They will get a few bad reviews and I might try to sue because I’m pissed now because I have to spend more money I don’t have all because a scum bag location lied and my proof wasn’t good enough
