The uhaul had no gas in it which I took a video before driving off in it. The oil light kept popping on and also the check engine, it will smell like something is burning. When I called they told me they were just maintenance. The lady kept texting me rude text messages from where I picked the truck up from. They tried to charge me for not cleaning up the back off it but I couldn't from having it repoed because we couldn't get it to crank.

kyle F.I reserved a 20 ft. truck and only got a 15 ft. Your scheduling is horrible and these are people's lives that are being disrupted. Uhaul management needs to have a serious review of practices because what you're doing now is pathetic.
