Location was closed when I tried to pick up the trailer. Uhaul sent me to another location 30 minutes away. When I got there I received a call saying that that trailer was broken. They then said I had to go to another location an hour away. I went back to the original location and found someone to rent the trailer. It took him almost an hour to do the paperwork. By then I had to delay my trip to TN another day. Fourth time I have used Uhaul. Problems every time. It's hard to imagine how they stay in business.

The location was not staffed when I came to pick up and drop off, despite those times being within thier posted hours of operation. I had to call and wait for someone to come so I could pick up, and the person who arrived was unfamiliar with the rental process. It too a very long time and phone calls to complete the pick up. The whole experience was more difficult than it needed to be. Also, the trailer I rented still had hay and leaves and dirt, not clean and ready for use.
