Let people know ahead of time that if its after 6pm to let them know that know one will be at the office there but that there are instructions on how to get your keys and what not so it doesn't take as long as it did for us

I was charged a whole extra day to extend my truck by an hour, so another $60. I underestimated my time with the truck because I have never drove a truck that big so I drove it pretty slow. I've rented U-Haul multiple times this year due to multiple housing and family issues. When I got the truck it was at a quarter tank. I asked for more gas before leaving and was told no. The truck hit low fuel before I got to my location. There is an additional 6.99 charge on my account and idk what it's for either. Now I have to call on that. It'll probably be another 15 minute hold with customer service to ask. I will not be using U-Haul again. That's capitalism I guess. Shitty services goes noticed and we have the choice to take business else where. It's Interesting I need a truck one more time this year but I'll not go with U-Haul.

On a cold and snowy day, the ice and snow were cleaned off the van I rented, and it was nicely warmed up before I got in. Great customer service.

The truck ran fine. But, I think someone could have taken time to clear snow off the windshield. Most people don't carry a brush long enough to clear the windows on a large truck.

The store was clean & manager was very nice and check in process very good. I often use trucks for local light duty hauling and I always get the oldest truck because it's local. This truck had 190,426 miles and chugged like a 90 year old chain smoker with Covid & had a headlight out. It did do the job so I can handle that but I CAN'T handle the new smart phone protocol I learned AFTER I got home because I was driving-LOG IN AT THE SITE(TOO LATE I'M ALREADY HOME!)-CREATE AN ACCOUNT-TAKE PICS-BLAH-BLAH...I'm old and not internet savvy, don't have the time for all that!! Then it stated I might be charged $20 "convenience fee" if I don't even though I returned the truck clean and fueled up-that's not a good policy. $20 fee and I'm gone.
