I will never use the auto check in service again, and I will never rent from this place either. The people at the store did not know how it worked. It took about 45 minutes to check in, causing me to arrive late for my movers, yet having to pay them for their time. The truck had broken air vents; there was a dirty coffee cup in the glove compartment. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas to begin with. The whole experience was awful on an already high-stress day of moving. I am not sure I will use Uhaul again. Merci.
