Rented a small uhaul trailer for a move. Stopped during the trip for some sight seeing. Paid for parking, saw our sights and then moved along. 4 months later uhaul charged my credit card $100,25 for a parking violation. Metropolis fined the trailer. There was nothing posted at the parking lot about paying for a trailer. A $12 dollar fee turned into 100,25 by the time Metropolis and Uhaul got done screwing me over. This company has several BBB complaints and a lawsuit against them. There are also several social media posts warning people to avoid Metropolis parking. I would suggest avoiding both companies.

Mobile pick up is a joke. We were supposed to mobile pick up at 7:00 am and the text would not come thru to complete process. Thus we had to wait until the store opened at 9:00 am setting our time back. It was a complete mess. Should do everything 24 hours before and supply customer with code before day of pick up.
