The pick up process took a ridiculously long time. (Almost an hour) We had completed all of the online check in information so it should have been quick and easy. The lady working was struggling with the computer and then did not tighten the hitch when she hooked up the U-haul. Fortunately we discovered it when the U-haul trailer bounced around horribly on the drive home. Even though this location is very convenient for us, we will not pick up from here again.

brett rMy U-Haul experience was very poor. Was not happy with the Lima Ohio location that transferred my order to Wapakoneta. The Mobil pick up was horrible. Box truck was best up and the Mobil app would not allow me to upload pictures. It took over an hour to pick up my vehicle when o was done.
